ORDER
After applying for renewal of passport on 17.09.2026, the petitioner seeks directions for the processing thereof.
2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that no charge sheet was filed pursuant to Crime No.95 of 2024.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for renewal of passport within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
