Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the substantive relief claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition now stands granted to him. Therefore, the writ petition may be closed. However, liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievances regarding the release of revised gratuity and leave encashment at an appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
