PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to take appropriate steps for sending the life certificate issued by the Assistant Medical Officer, Chathirapatti pertaining to Cr.No. 88/2023 on the file of the respondent to an expert for examination in compliance with the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.13211 and 13224/2024 dated 06.10.2023 on the file of this Hon’ble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to take appropriate steps to send the life certificate issued by the Assistant Medical Officer, Chathirapatti, pertaining to Crime No.88 of 2023, to an expert for examination in compliance with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.13211 and 13224 of 2024, dated 06.10.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the final report has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court and that the parties have arrived at a compromise.
