SG Finance, to the 4th Respondent to get the Interim Attachment of the properties by way of passing G.O. by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2023 and 23.12.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
