PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to provide police protection, to lay pipe line under Central Government Scheme of Jal Jeevan Scheme in Survey No.243/22, situated at Kannanur Village, Kokkulam Post, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner’s representation dated 30.03.2024 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to provide police protection for laying a pipeline under the Jal Jeevan Mission Scheme in the petitioner's property.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that an enquiry has been conducted pursuant to the petitioner's representation.
