Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file afresh, in accordance with law, on the ground that the present petition lacks the necessary pleadings and that the requisite relief has also not been prayed for. The supporting documents have also not been appended thereto. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
