ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 21.08.2026 in W.P.(MD) No.4748 of 2026, a peace committee meeting was convened. However, the petitioner did not cooperate with the enquiry officer and failed to appear despite repeated summons issued to secure her appearance. Hence, the petitioner's representation was considered and closed.
