ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for both parties are present and submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement out of Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner/husband has paid a sum of Rs.3,74,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs and Seventy-Four Thousand only) before the trial Court, that all disputes between the parties have been settled, and that the parties have obtained a divorce and subsequently remarried.
2. In view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties and the subsequent developments, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed.
