ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the fair and decreetal order dated 13.07.2022 passed in IA No.1 of 2019 in OS No.1511 of 2014 on the file of the learned XVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, wherein the application filed by the petitioners under Order VII Rule 1A of C.P.C., for receiving additional documents came to be rejected on the ground that the conditional order passed by the Court below imposing cost, was not complied by the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent and carefully perused the materials available on record and this Court also carefully went through the order passed by the Court below.

3. The 1st respondent/plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.1151 of 2014 seeking for the relief of recovery of money against the petitioners. The suit reached the stage of trial and at that stage, the petitioners filed an application under Order VII Rule 1A of C.P.C., seeking leave to file documents. This application came to be allowed by the Court below by imposing costs of Rs.1000/- payable by the petitioners to the District Legal Services Authority. The application was dismissed on the ground that this condition had not been complied with by the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed before this Court.
4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the costs were paid to the District Legal Services Authority on 11.07.2022 and to substantiate the same, a copy of the receipt has been annexed in the paper book at Page No.50.
5. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Court below and accordingly, the order dated 13.07.2022, is hereby set aside. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the suit is presently at the stage of examination of witnesses on the side of the defendants. The Court below shall proceed further with the examination of witnesses and the suit filed

in O.S.No.1511 of 2014 shall be disposed of by the XVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
