This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking leave to challenge the fair and final order dated 18.08.2026 passed in I.A.No.3 of 2026 in O.S.No.16 of 2026 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Perambalur.
2. Heard both sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. The order under challenge pertains to the conduct of the Kumbabishekam at Arulmighu Karupannar Swamy Temple, which was scheduled to be held on 25.10.2026.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel submitted that the Kumbabishekam had been conducted as scheduled.
5. In view of the same, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition.
