ORDER

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the representation of the petitioner ought to be considered, the learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the issue pertains to the irregularity in sponsoring the fourth respondent. As both the petitioner and the fourth respondent have since been retired, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

2. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner objected to the said contention, the fact remains that both the petitioner and the fourth respondent have already superannuated.

3. In such view of the peculiar circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any merits in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 26-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No mk
