ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the second respondent.
2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted, in all fairness, that the first respondent has already initiated disciplinary proceedings against the second respondent.
3. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
