ORDER
When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the attention of this Court that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner participated in another recruitment process and was selected as Assistant Director, (IEC), ICDS, Tharamani, Chennai-113, vide G.O.Ms.No.82 dated 28.07.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the petitioner’s appointment through a different recruitment process, the petitioner is not willing to pursue the present writ petition.
