While placing on record communication dated 23.10.2026 issued under the signatures of Director of Horticulture, enclosing therewith copy of joining report furnished by the petitioners qua the post of Data Entry Operator in the office of SMS Development Block, District Una, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General states that in compliance of order dated 15.10.2026, petitioners have been appointed as Data Entry Operator through outsource agency service provider and in pursuance of appointment letters, they have further joined their duty as DEO on 21.10.2026 in the respective offices of Department of Horticulture, except petitioner No. 8, who has not come forward to give her joining. 2. Having carefully perused the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds merit in the submission of the learned Deputy Advocate General that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of. Notice discharged.
