Petitioner has come up before this Court, seeking execution and implementation of the order/judgment dated 07.11.2024 [Annexure E-1], passed in CWP No. 11940 of 2024, titled as Surender Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, whereby, a Coordinate Bench of this Court had passed the following orders:- “5. In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the respondents/ competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioners.”

2. Heard.

3. Notice. Mr. Gautam Sood, Deputy Advocate General, waives service of notice on behalf of respondents.

4. At this stage, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on Instructions, states that petitioners shall be satisfied, in case, Respondents are directed to implement the order/judgment in a time bound manner. [Statement Taken On Record].

5. Prayer, being innocuous, is not opposed by Learned Counsel for the Respondents also.

6. Considering the matter in above perspective, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents- Competent Authority to implement the order/judgment within a period of six weeks from today.

7. In case, any grievance still remains, the petitioner may seek appropriate remedy, hereinafter, in accordance with law.

8. In aforesaid terms, the instant petition stands disposed of, alongwith pending applications, if any.
