ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd & 3rd respondents, to take necessary action as against the 4th & 5th respondents based on the petitioner’s representation, dated 27.05.2025.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice on behalf of Respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was duly conducted and subsequently closed. A copy of the closure report was also produced before this Court.
3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report, if so advised, in accordance with the law.
