PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the impugned temporary suspension order passed by the 3rd Respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A1/6824/2026 dated 11.09.2026 and the consequential Memo in Na.Ka.A1/0963/2026 dated 22.09.2026 demanding to repay the deficit amount of Rs.3,09,630/- and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER
The petitioner / Supervisor in the respondent TASMAC has been placed under suspension and as against the suspension order, this writ petition has been filed.
2. This court while entertaining this writ petition by order dated 13.10.2026 granted an order of interim stay and adjourned this matter.
3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that they have issued a charge memo by initiating disciplinary proceedings and they would complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of two months.
4. This court has considered the rival submissions made.
5. This court while entertaining this writ petition has granted an order of interim stay to the suspension order. Considering the submission of the learned standing counsel that they would conclude the disciplinary proceedings within two months, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings
WP(MD) No. 29459 of 2026 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner shall be permitted to continue to work till the disposal of the disciplinary proceedings.
