ORDER
After applying for the re-issuance of passport, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction in relation thereto.
2. Mr.G.Vishnuram, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent. Mrs.V.Moushica, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for the second respondent.
3. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent submits that a charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Sivagangai, in P.R.C.No.32 of 2020.
