ORDER
The petitioner was issued Passport No.P1308044. Said passport expired on 30.06.2026 due to efflux of ten-year validity period. Upon applying for renewal, the petitioner was called upon to clarify with regard to Crime No.108 of 2020. After submitting a reply thereto, the petitioner has approached this Court.
2. Mr.M.Karthikeya Venkatachalapathy, learned Cental Government Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the first respondent. Mrs.V.Moushica, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), accepts notice for the second respondent.
3. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the second respondent submits that no charge sheet has been filed till date in relation to Crime No.108 of 2020.
4. In view of the above submissions, there is no impediment for the consideration of the petitioner's representation for renewal. Directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for
