ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 25.08.2026 to issue computer chitta and patta to her based on the Assignment Order of D-Namuna vide Na.Ka. A1/690/82 dated 17.11.1992 in respect of the Survey No. 203/9B extent of 0.03 Cents is situated at Mathavaperumal Temple Panchayat, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District.
2. Heard Mr.K.Arunraj, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Vashik Ali, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought in the Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions: “The third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.08.2026 on merits and after affording sufficient
WP(MD) No. 30260 of 2026 opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all interested parties, if any, shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
