ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The writ petitioner has suffered a dismissal order at the hands of the second respondent.
3. Prima facie it appears that without holding an enquiry, such an order was passed. Be there as it may, since the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the first respondent, I direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal on merits in an accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
