Sushil Kukreja, Judge (oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 24.10.2026, wherein, it has been stated that higher pay stage of Rs. 40,100/- has been granted to the petitioner after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No. 4830/2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is closed.
3. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy, as available to him, under the law. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
