Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner challenges the notice issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. It is well settled that challenge at the notice stage is not maintainable. The petitioner can approach this Court after an order is passed under Section 6 of the Act.
