PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED

MANDAMUS, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No.55323/E3/1/2026 dated 16.10.2026 in so far as clause 6 (iii) Since rationalization has not been executed till today, they will be placed in their respective specialty after the parental medical officers for the vacancies in their concerned specialty for their vacancy in the concerned specialties is concerned and quash the same and further direct the respondents to give priority to the __________
