ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Order 22, Rule 9(2) of CPC, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st Appellant Subramanian in SA(MD) No. 974 of 2011.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition by set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st Appellant Subramanian in the above second appeal.
3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
