ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Order 22, Rule 3 of CPC, to bring on record the petitioners 5 to 7 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant Subramanian and rank them as appellants 5 to 7 in S.A.(MD) No. 974 of 2011.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition by bring on record the petitioners 5 to 7 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant Subramanian and rank them as appellants 5 to 7 in the above second appeal.
