ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed that the order passed by this Court in WP(MD). No.14877 of 2022 dated 21.11.2025 has not been complied with. __________

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the contemnor is present and submits that the terminal benefits were disbursed to the petitioner. However, the pension arrears alone has to be paid to the petitioner, for which a proposal has already been sent to the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Trust and the Trust has also agreed to pay the arrears in five instalments as mentioned below: Sl. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also claimed that the backwages have not paid to him.
4. In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the Administrator, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Trust, Chennai to pay the arrears of pension to this petitioner as per the time schedule mentioned above without fail and any delayed payment has to be paid with interest @ 6% per annum. The respondent shall pay the eligible backwages, if not paid __________
