ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the complainant in CC No.171 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, seeking expeditious disposal of the case.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, A1 is absconding for the past four years and he surrendered on 05.10.2026. Hence, there is no impediment for the trial Court to dispose of the case expeditiously.
3. Considering the fact that the case is pending for the past four years, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai to complete the trial on or before 31.01.2027. __________
