ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A1 and A2 in Cr.No.201 of 2026 on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR registered under Sections 305(a) of BNS, 2023.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai on 25.09.2026 and it has been taken on file in CC No.1288 of 2026.
