ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the 2nd respondent to comply with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.1006 of 2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that in compliance with the orders of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.322 of 2026 on 15.10.2026 as against three accused persons and two other known persons for the alleged offences under sections 296(b), 324(4), 351(2) of BNS, 2023.
