ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A1 and A2 in Cr.No.41 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeking to quash the FIR registered under section 170 of BNSS, 2023.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, further action has been dropped and in this regard report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi on 03.02.2025.
