ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the first accused in Cr.No.395 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeking to quash the FIR, wherein the petitioner is alleged to have committed offences under Sections 61(2), 140(1), 296(b), 351(2), 304 of BNS, 2023.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, since a comprehensive another FIR has been registered in Cr.No.360 of 2026, on the file Court Police Station, Tiruchirappalli, they are going to close the further proceedings in Cr.No.395 of 2026.
