under Section 193(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. Ill, Dindigul, within such time as may be fixed by this Court, and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, and thus render justice.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.206 of 2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that they would file a final report within 2(two) months.
3.
