ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A153 in Cr.No. 301 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police station seeking to quash the FIR.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur and it has been taken on file in S.T.C. No.196 of 2025.
3. In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 16-10-2026 PNM To
