ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused in CC.No.216 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Srivaikundam, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioner charged with the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 506(2) and 352 of IPC.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. Today, the defacto complainant is present and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
3. Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in CC.No.216 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Srivaikundam, stands quashed. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The memorandum of compromise shall form part of this order.
