While placing on record communication dated 15th October 2026 issued under signatures of Director School Education, enclosing therewith copy of office communication dated 15th October 2026 issued under signatures of Under Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, thereby conveying approval of the Government to provide additionality amounting to Rs. 1,82,996/-, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General states that additional budget to meet out expenditure of salary arrears along with interest amounting to Rs. 1,82,996/- in respect of the petitioner has been received and further direction has been issued to the concerned treasury to meet out the expenditure of salary arrears of the petitioner vide letter dated 15.10.2026. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, present petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned treasury to ensure that salary arrears to the tune of Rs. 1,82,996/- are credited in the bank account of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks. Liberty is also reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law for surviving grievances, if any.
