Learned Additional Advocate General has produced instructions dated 15.10.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1, which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of the aforesaid instructions reveals that as per the information received from Block Elementary Education Officer, Fatehpur, Kangra, the petitioner has given an undertaking confirming that the entire amount of arrears on account of grant of higher grade pay has been received by her.

3.
