ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to strike off the entire proceedings in O.P.No. 180 of 2022 pending on the file of IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, on the ground that the Court below has entertained the petition without any jurisdiction.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. In the considered view of this Court, if the petition filed before the Court below suffers from lack of jurisdiction, the same can be decided by the very same Court and it is not necessary for this Court to exercise its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. That apart, the petition is pending from the year 2022 onwards.
4. In view of the same, the Court below is directed to dispose of O.P.No.180 of 2022 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the issue of jurisdiction that has been raised by the petitioner shall also be specifically dealt with by the Court below. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
