ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the submits that the revision has been filed challenging the order passed by the Executing Court dismissing the application filed by the petitioner under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure, even without numbering. Now, it is stated that the main execution petition itself is dismissed. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this revision.
