ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur to dispose of the proceeding in DVC Case No. 28 of 2019, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioners and taking note of the fact that the proceedings are presently at the stage of arguments, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, to dispose of the proceeding in DVC Case No. 28 of 2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
