Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge. Pursuant to order passed in this writ petition on 30.09.2026, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 09.10.2026 from Director Elementary Education, conveying that petitioner has been adjusted at a station of his choice i.e. Government Central Primary Girl School, Paonta Sahib against the vacant post of JBT available there; that petitioner has also joined at the posted school on 08.10.2026. Copy of petitioner's transfer order dated 06.10.2026 has also been made part of the office instructions. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner's grievance stands redressed. In view of above, this writ petition to stand disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
