JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This appeal has been filed to set aside the order passed by this Court in Appln. No.4894/2023 in CS No.33/2004.
2. When the appeal was taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that this appeal withdrawn as dismissed since the appeal has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
