JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by Dr.G.Jayachandran J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that pursuant to the Government Order issued by the Human Resources Management Department, the embargo on granting maternity leave beyond 12 weeks for the third child has been removed and therefore, nothing survives in this writ appeal.
