ORDER
The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 has submitted that the prayer sought in this Writ Petition is to forbear the respondents 1 to 4 from conducting survey and demarcation in respect of the

property comprised in S.No.565/A2 situated at Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore, pending disposal of the patta cancellation proceedings before the 1st respondent pursuant to the order passed by this Court in WP No. 4835 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026.
2. It is now informed that survey has already been concluded and therefore, cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
