ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from disbursing the retirement / terminal benefits and other monetary benefits payable to the 3rd respondent.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the 3rd respondent was allowed to retire from service from 30.04.2022 and that, all his retiral benefits were settled to him immediately. He would further submit that the petitioner has come up with the representations dated 18.05.2022 and 18.10.2022 respectively, only subsequent to the settlement of the retiral benefits to the 3rd respondent.

In such view of the above factual position, this Court finds absolutely no merit in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 16-10-2026 AP To
