ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
The learned Standing counsel for the respondents would submit that after conducting the disciplinary proceedings, the petitioner was terminated from service on 31.10.2023 and would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
Though there is no representation for the petitioner, considering the fact that final order has been passed in the disciplinary proceedings, terminating the petitioner from service, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
