Mr.R.Sethu Prabakaran, learned Government Advocate (Tax) takes notice for the Respondents.
2. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the Assessment Order dated 04.12.2025 along with the Summary of Order in DRC-07 for the Financial Year 2021-22 passed by the 1st Respondent.
