Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced instructions dated 14.10.2026, issued by the the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh along with copy of order dated 17.08.2026, passed by the Principal Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.205 of 2025 along with connected matters, which are taken on record.
2. In view of the aforesaid order passed by the Principal Division Bench of this Court, learned vice counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present execution petition at this stage.
3. In view of the above, the execution petition is
