To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned notice PT 946 / 2012 & E.O.
144/2017, dated 16.04.2018 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same consequently further direct them to allow the petitioner and reinstate him to continue in the agriculture Naja land in Survey Nos. 161/1, 164, 171/1, 113 & 145 of 41 - Thanda Thottam, Murukan Kudi village, Kumbakonam as a cultivating tenant.
