ORDER
The petitioner, claiming to be the second wife of a deceased employee one Kondal Raj, has submitted a representation seeking pension and also filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus.
2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel submits that the deceased employee Kondal Raj had mentioned his wife’s name Prema in the service register. Since the petitioner’s name has not been mentioned in the service register, her request cannot be considered. Accordingly, the petitioner’s request has been rejected by proceedings dated 10.09.2026. A copy of the proceedings dated 10.09.2026 is placed before this Court.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and also considering the scope of the writ petition, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy by challenging the proceedings dated 10.09.2026.
